CHALLENGE
Reposition the phone directory for a younger, mobile-oriented audience. As the audience increasingly adopts online channels, Yellow Pages needed to persuade users that its web and mobile directory is still the leader in local search.
SOLUTION
We develop a large collection of simple, visually iconic messages that demonstrate the breadth of Yellow Pages’ search categories and capture the user-friendliness of its search engine. With a colour theme to strongly reinforce the brand, the campaign rolls out across the widest media spectrum - press, outdoor, broadcast and ambient among them
RESULTS
A major boost to awareness, sustained over an extended campaign that clearly establishes Yellow Pages as a competitive online option. Mobile take-up, particularly, shows significant growth.
